This policy explains what information Creatives Skool (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or enrol in the AI Performance Creative Program, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you enrol, you provide us with:
- Contact details: your first and last name, email address and WhatsApp phone number.
- Payment confirmation: the screenshot you upload as proof of your bank or mobile-wallet transfer. This image may show a transaction ID, date, amount and a partial account name or number.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are made directly to our bank or mobile-wallet account, not through a card processor on this site.
When you browse the site, we and our analytics provider automatically receive standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page) through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
2. How we use your information
- To verify your payment and grant you access to the course and the private community.
- To send you access instructions and essential service messages about your enrolment.
- To provide support and respond to your questions.
- To keep records of orders for accounting and legal purposes.
- To measure and improve our marketing, in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s independent marketing.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with service providers that help us run the program:
- Skool (community and course platform): an account is created with your name and email so you can access the lessons and community.
- Google: we record order details (name, email, phone, payment reference) in Google Sheets to track and verify enrolments.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): the Meta Pixel on this site sends Meta events about your activity here (such as page views and checkout steps) for advertising measurement.
- Our email provider: to deliver access and support messages.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the security of our service.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and order information for as long as you have access to the program, and afterwards for as long as needed for records, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Payment screenshots are retained as proof of purchase.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing ceo@creativesskool.com. Deleting your information will normally end your access to the course and community. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time; we will still send essential messages about your enrolment.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and the Meta Pixel for advertising analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use your device or browser controls to limit ad tracking. Blocking cookies will not stop you from enrolling.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Age
This program is intended for people aged 18 or older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. International users
We operate from Pakistan. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in Pakistan and in the countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
