Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Creatives Skool (“we”, “us”) covering your purchase of and access to the AI Performance Creative Program and its private community. By enrolling, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
The AI Performance Creative Program is a digital video course delivered through a private online community. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to access the current lessons and resources of this release, plus updates we make to it, for as long as we operate the program (“lifetime access”). “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program, not a guaranteed period of years.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate enrolment details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Price, payment and access
- The price is PKR 3,500, a one-time payment. Founding-launch pricing applies to this release; future releases may be priced differently.
- Payment is made by direct bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account shown at checkout. You then upload a screenshot of the completed transfer as proof.
- We verify the transfer manually and grant access, normally within 24 hours. If we cannot match or verify a payment, we will contact you and return any un-applied amount.
- Access instructions are sent to the email address you provide. Keep it accurate.
4. Licence and acceptable use
Your licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, for one person. You may not:
- share, sell, lend or transfer your account or access;
- copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly post the course videos, written material or resource files;
- use the community to spam, harass, scrape data, or promote unrelated offers without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for a material breach of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, written material, templates, prompts and brand assets are owned by Creatives Skool or its licensors. Work you create by applying the methods is yours.
6. No guarantee of results
The program teaches a skill and describes how the market for that skill works. It does not guarantee clients, income, or any specific outcome. Any figures we mention about what the market pays are general context, not a promise of your earnings. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
7. Third-party tools
The program refers to third-party AI tools that have their own pricing, terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes to, or the discontinuation of, any third-party tool, and their subscription costs are not included in your purchase.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The course and community are provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for continuous access but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue parts of it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the program is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
10. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of getting access if you don't find the program valuable. After 7 days, sales are final except for duplicate or unmatched payments. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
